Request a campsite
Tell us your dates, what you are camping in, and who is coming. The Fair Office will check availability and get back to you to arrange payment.
Sending this request does not reserve a campsite. Your site is booked once the Fair Office confirms it and payment is arranged.
Before you start
The form asks for the same things as the paper registration form. It takes about five minutes if you have these to hand.
- Your arrival and departure dates
- How many adults and children are coming
- What you are camping in, and for a trailer or motor home its length and width
- Your RV details, year, make, model and license number
- Your vehicles, colour, make, model and license number. Two vehicles per site
- Pet details if you are bringing one. One pet per site
- Which hookup you need, and whether you are staying by the day, week, or month
You will be asked to agree to the campground rules as part of the form. It is worth reading them first, especially if you are bringing a dog, planning a long stay, or camping near Fair week.
Rates at a glance
| Site type | Day | Week |
|---|---|---|
| Full hookup | $40.00 | $200.00 |
| Electric only | $30.00 | $150.00 |
| No hookup, dry | $20.00 | $100.00 |
Monthly stays are available and require Fair Office approval. Other fees are listed on the campground page.
Your request
If you are not sure about something, say so in the notes at the end rather than guessing. We would rather sort it out with you than have you wait.
We use what you send only to arrange your stay. See our privacy policy. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you tick the box asking for updates. We never ask for card details on this form.
Rather use paper?
Print the registration form, fill it in, and post it or drop it off. Nothing has to be done online.
Or call the Fair Office at (530) 628-5223 and someone will take your details over the phone, or go through the form with you if you would rather fill it in yourself.

Camping during Fair week?
Campers may have to move or vacate the week before and the week of the Fair, and everyone camping on the grounds during the Fair needs an admission wristband.
If your dates are in late June or July, call the office first at (530) 628-5223.
What happens next
- You get a confirmation email. It repeats what you sent, so you have a record.
- The Fair Office checks your dates. A request is not a reservation until we confirm it.
- Someone contacts you. We will tell you whether your dates are open and what the total comes to.
- You pay. By phone, by post, at the Fair Office, or with the campground host.
- Check in when you arrive. At the Office or with the Campground Host. There is a $25 fee if you set up without checking in.
If you have not heard back and you would rather not wait, call (530) 628-5223. You will not be bothering anyone.

Looking for something else?
This form is for camping and RV sites only. A few things are handled separately.
- Renting a building or the grounds for an event is a different process. Check venue availability
- Selling or displaying at a Fair event goes through the vendor process. Vendor information
