Become a vendor

Rent a space to sell or display at the Trinity County Fair. Around twenty commercial vendors and food concessions worked the 2026 Fair, from clothing and toys to pizza, shaved ice, and coffee.

Vendors are part of what makes Fair week work, and the fees go straight back into running it.

Two kinds of vendor space

The Association handles these separately, because they have different requirements.

  • Commercial vendors

    Selling or displaying merchandise, products, or services.

    • Clothing, crafts, and homewares
    • Toys, tools, and equipment
    • Local businesses and services
    • Community organisations and information booths

  • Food and beverage concessions

    Serving food or drink. These carry extra requirements around permits and equipment.

    • Hot food and meals
    • Snacks and sweets
    • Cold drinks, coffee, and shaved ice
    • Trailers and mobile units

  • Crafters and demonstrators

    Making something in front of people rather than only selling it. Blacksmithing, woodwork, spinning, and the like.

The carnival is separate. Amusement rides at the Fair are run by an outside amusement company, not by the Trinity County Fair Association, and ride operators are not booked through the Fair Office.

Vendor agreements are recorded and reported to the Fair Association board.

One rule that applies to everyone. Smoking and vaping are not allowed at the fairgrounds except in designated areas. That includes vendors and their staff.

How it works

  1. Get in touch. Tell us what you sell or do, roughly how much room you need, and whether you need power or water. Nothing is committed at this stage.
  2. We send you the details. Fees, space sizes, what is required, and the application.
  3. Apply. Return the application with whatever documents apply to your kind of stall.
  4. We confirm your space. Vendor agreements are recorded and reported to the board. Your space is confirmed once the paperwork is done. [REPLACE: PAYMENT_TIMING - when vendor fees are due.]
  5. Set up and trade. We will send you setup times, your space location, and anything else you need before the event.

If you have been a vendor here before, say so when you get in touch. Returning vendors are usually a much quicker conversation.

Which events?

Vendor space is offered at the Trinity County Fair in July.

Other ways a business can be part of it

Plenty of vendors here also sponsor an award, take out a business membership, or buy at the Junior Livestock auction. None of it is required, and all of it helps.
