Two Fair Board positions are open
The Fair Association is seeking letters of interest for two open seats on the board of directors. Applicants must be members of the Association. Letters are due at the regular board meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

Theme contest for the 2027 Fair is open
Suggest a theme for the 106th Trinity County Fair. Eight words or fewer, three entries per person, and a $50 cash award for the winner. Entries are due at the Fair Office by October 1, 2026, and the board picks the winner at the October meeting.

The 105th Trinity County Fair has wrapped up
"105 Years of Country Cheer" ran from July 8 to 12, with the 68th Junior Livestock Auction, the logging show, the destruction derby, the parade, and full exhibit halls. Thank you to everyone who entered, volunteered, sponsored, bought, and turned up.

Dennis Rourke named 2026 Parade Marshal
The Fair Board voted unanimously to name Dennis Rourke as Parade Marshal for the 2026 Fair Parade.

A new website for the Trinity County Fair
The Association's website has been rebuilt, with information on camping, facility rentals, board meetings, and how to get involved. More is being added as it is confirmed. If something you need is missing, call the Fair Office and tell us.
