Helpful to have ready

  • Your preferred date, and an alternate if you have one
  • Roughly how many people you expect
  • What kind of event it is
  • Indoor, outdoor, or not sure yet
  • Whether you plan to serve alcohol
  • Any setup or equipment you will need
  • Any accessibility accommodations for your guests

What happens next

  1. You get a confirmation. An email lands right away repeating what you sent, so you have a record of it.
  2. A staff member reviews your date. They check the calendar against what you are planning.
  3. Someone contacts you. By whichever method you said you preferred, with what is available and what it would cost.
  4. You can come see the grounds. Walk the property before you decide anything.
  5. If you go ahead, we complete the rental agreement. Your date is confirmed once that paperwork is done. See how renting works.
